Sir I ordered the mobile cover with above I’d through Flipkart and it was sent by Ecom Express which reached our nearest hub Mallappally on 25th January but it was never delivered. After long headache it was cancelled on 4th February. I paid the amount through Flipkart pay later in the month of January. In the due bill of January to be paid before February 5th I paid my dues leaving the amount of Rs 205 of this mobile cover.Now this amount of Rs 205 along with the convenience fee of Rs 60 has been carried forward in this month’s bill.Till now my money has not been refunded. Flipkart gives lame excuses by saying we will solve by a particular date and when that day reaches carry forward to some other date.For example. It will be solved by 19th February as told earlier, today morning sent a message will solve by 21st and the process will go on.
Similar type of problem arised in Pharm easy by the same courier partner. They paid me gratification amount for the inconvenience caused to me and later my amount was refunded within 2 days.
But flipkart I am observing a mental harassment, being a regular customer too they have not solved my issue and this will definitely loose the customer base of Flipkart.
