Dear Airtel India,

With reference to my recent bill received today, with all surprised how my bill was too high and further I have not activated one time international roaming plan 30 days pack i.e. for Rs. 3999
I do not understand how can you just activate the plan with out my concern. I am currently out of country from January 2019 till date. Before leaving from India I just have activated Rs. 149 plan i.e. international roaming but I never called or confirmed to activate one time international roaming plan of Rs. 3999 which was activated on 27th February 2019 which I came to know when the bill was generated.
You can check from my billing that i have never taken any calls or sent any messages to activate this, than why this service is activated????
I would request to kindly look in to this and send me the correct bill. As I am not going to pay for this activation charges which was activated without my knowledge.
I have also sent the complaint to121@airtel.com but no response received.
