Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I Amit Gupta writing this mail to make a complain regarding my mobile number 8920745792.
I had made a port in request to airtel from jio on Oct 7th 2019 (Monday).
For which I have called an agent Namely :Mr. Sanju Kumar (+91-8810420944),
Mr. Sanju came to my place to do the MNP Process, and he done the process and gave me a simcard for which he said that it will be activated in the next 7 working days.

Ultimately, after 7 days my existing jio network has gone but my new simcard of airtel does’nt get activated.
I again called that agent (Mr.Sanju) on 13/10/19(Sunday) and told him about the same.
He said me that the MNP Process of my number is in process and taking some more time due to some technical or server issues.
Then I called Mr. Saleem (+91-9899663233) on 14/10/2019(Monday) who is an employee in the airtel, gurgaon office.
I told my issue to Mr.Saleem, then he said that my problem will be rectified on the same day on which I made complaint i.e. Monday (14/10/19)
But My Problem is not yet rectified then I called again Mr. Saleem for the same issue and asked for the sim replacement.
Mr. Saleem sent his agent (Mr. Sanju) today : 15/10/19(Tuesday), he came to me and gave an empty simcard cover without any sim inside.
Hence I called Mr. Sanju for the same, and he replied me that the sim card was there in the sim cover and he is not responsible for the misplaced simcard.
After being fed up of calling the airtel office again and again and getting no solution regarding my issue,
I called National Consumer Cell and filed a complaint againt airtel for my issue that I am facing from airtel services.
The complaint number given by the National Consumer Helpline is : 1671209.
Now it’s my humble request to you also, please rectify my issues as soon as possible
otherwise I need to take further legal actions against airtel.
Please consider it as URGENT.
And update me as soon as possible
As well as provide me a complaint number from your end regarding my complaint as mentioned above.
