As I inform earlier there is a serious problem with the product as well as your service, so I would like to draw your attention to the topic that I would like to discuss with you.
On 21 June I order a phone (Moto G30) , order number- OD122115429235009000.
There is a network problem on that that I already informed several times, First time when I request for return one gay came for visit and detect the problem and I got the new product. Then a second time when I face the same problem I request for return, again the guy came and detect the issue, but still, he did not agree to log the error on the book, rather he suggests keep trying to book the technical visit for 3 times, automatically it will replace the product and on that note, I agreed to sign the concerned document.

This is really embracing in the way technical person treat me and mislead me.
Now the thing is there is a real problem with my phone so now it needs to be replaced.
Secondly, your service, its not good to mislead the customer, from a Reputed company like Flipkart we don’t expect that service it’s really poor.
On a serious note: As a Medical staff, due to a network issue, I am not able to pick the call in an emergency situation, in this COVID-19 situation I need my phone really badly so it’s my request please solved it by today only.
And please check the call-log from your end its also confirm that your phone would be replaced soon, so why there is so much delay??
So it’s my request please take necessary action on it. for any other information please let me know.
