ello Blinkit team,

This is to inform you that on dated 26 Sep, 2022, I have ordered groceries (order no: ORD225666638) worth INR 8593, and also paid INR 30 as a tip to the delivery agent (all prepaid). Also, to mention that that the delivery agent (Chandan Kumar) did not deliver the items on the address mentioned, (A227, 2nd floor, Sector 122, Noida), instead he behaved rudely to my family members and took the items back from the road in front of the given delivery address.

For the above given order, I raised a request and received INR 8593 for the order only. (ref: attachment)

That, Today Sep 27, I placed/repeated another order with same items, via order no: Order no: ORD366170321. In this order I have received has a few items missing such as Two types of face scrub (caffeine & everyouth), two types of floor cleaner (Lizol & Gainda), almonds, cashew.

I have tried to raise the issue on the app and also wrote emails to [email protected], however, they refused to take any action on delivery or refund for the missing items, mentioning some internal analytics/patterns. (ref: attachment)

Please note in both the orders I have made advanced payments and paid the tip as well. Where in first order I have not got refund of 30 rs (tip). (ref: attachment)

I do not usually order groceries for my home, but my family members order from blinkit for a long time now.

That this is highly disappointing. Please refund or deliver the missing products. And also, please showcase only the available items on the website.
