I have ordered dumbbell set and wecool selfie stick on 13 Aug 2023 vide order id
171-0021680-4802743 from Amazon. Both the orders are having same tracking number. I received a package on 17 Aug 2023 from amazon delivery boy. But when I opened the package at home only one item dumbbell set was there, there is no selfie stick inside the package. The selfie stick was missing. And the status shown as delivered from 19 Aug 23. I contacted with amazon customer care team, they assured me to wait till 19 Aug 2023 and said that your parcel will be delivered by 19 Aug 2023. Again I contacted with customer care team on 19 Aug 2023 thay told that a investigation has been started and the status of the same will be intimated to you in due course. I contacted with customer care again on 23 Aug 2023 they said that investigation has been closed and there is no refund or new item will be given to me. They told me that item was sent from seller. Then where is the item. I asked the team to send me the photographs/proofs from the seller that both the items were kept in the package and sent by seller. They are not sharing with me the investigation details. I have the photographs when I opened the package at home. I have attached the photographs of the parcel. I have already paid Rs. 549/- for selfie stick. And amazon is not giving the refund/item. Also I have initiated a refund from my amazon account regarding missed item but amazon not responding to that. Kindly resolve this issue at earliest.
