airtel shows offer as for Rs/- 27 they providing 280 messages and also i use this offer and recharged through freecharge on september 21 2018 they provided as same … but now i recharge with same amount i won’t get this offer and also i recharged 2 times..i called customer care also but they are saying that this offer is not applicable to online recharge payments. in airtel it shows for Rs/-27 you get 280 messages.. but they are not providing messages(280)…but my previous recharge transaction is done through digital and i used them without any problem.. they are not clarifying me in correct manner…i lost 54 rupees…
So please help me with this issue…
