This is to informing you that I have Airtel Prepaid Connection With Number 9897113567 from last many years. But after sim lost i am not able to get duplicate sim against my ID.
The reason is that my name (customer) and my father name both are same in record.
This is not my side mistake, if my detail are correct in my documents, then why i am facing same problem, whats was the Airtel role at the time of document verification & data entry.
Due to a registered number in all my linked Bank accounts, LPG gas refill and another important links i am compel to continue the same number.
As per very old connection and long period client of Airtel from beginning of the journey of Airtel in Indian Telecom industries, it is Airtel responsibly to provide connection on highly priority basis as soon as possible.
So requesting you to please escalate the same and revert as soon as possible.
