Text of Complaint by Mukesh Kumar:

Sir, I am Mukesh Kumar servant in Border Security Force at Kolkata (WB) and presently deployed in Bangladesh Border. my airtel postpaid bearing no is 9797855055  (J&K) cycle was lost on 06th Jan 2020 alongwith my mobile samsung galaxy note-8. Further, i was visit nearest Airtel store i.e. Garia, Kolkata (WB) on 08th Jan 2020 to providing me same number as mentioned above but the same process is still pending at Jammu (J&K) cycle sim. After conversation through telephonic-ally as customer care no. 9906012345 is stated that “we can’t any help you regarding issue such same number without visiting at Jammu”.

Now sir i have face a huge problem regarding loss of my sim. firstly i am an old customer of airtel. If, i have to visit Jammu approx 15000/-will consumption such train/flight fare including stay for two days at jammu.

So it is therefore requested that to issue to me the same number at the earliest for better communication with my family. No any communicate to my parents after lost that sim. Please look into the matter kindly issue to me
