Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to the above mentioned subject this is requesting you to please guide me the process and confirm me that am I eligible to approach State label consumer committee for redress the mentioned issue of late Delivery of property for possession in Indore by Builder Arms The empress Nipania .
- I booked the flat in 2012 with terms and condition that the possession will be given by the builder before Oct 2014 which still not given by them.
- 15 % of margin money approx 6.63 Lac already deposited by me in 2012 and as per business pact in between HDFC Ltd and builder 100% disbursement given by the builder.
- As per terms & conditions of builder he was owe to pay Rs 5 / Square feet in condition of late delivery of p possession I E 1289*5 = 6445 /Month which still not given by him .
- From last more than two & Half year I am paying interest to bank without EMI deduction which is approx 21000/Month .
Now I just want to know that can I apply the compensation full in terms of margin money deposited by me plus interest paid by me in last two and half year with bank interest I lost in last 5 years in that with latest sales price of my flat.
