- Hello Sir/Madam,
I ordered the Soulflower Cold (Order ID 8526596847) on 17th june’19 and order to be delivered by the person – Ghulam Azhar Uddin(phone num:7287865040) on 22nd of June but I didn’t receive the item on that day. When I checked status on paytm App its shown that order had been delivered and i called customer support, they are closing the ticket by saying delivery guy delivered the item which I didn’t receive at all and I also checked with my neighbours and renters, they received any order.
Paytm customer care not responding. Please consider my complaint and request to take process.
