Dear Sir/Mam,
I am Manoj Bhardwaj,using your Airtel Services. I am a genuine customer of your Airtel from many years but from last 3-4 months I am facing internet related issues with my number. I have called more than 30 times to your Customer Service Team & made many complaints to your customer service team, visted more than 20 times to your Airtel Stores but problem is still not resolved.
There are below issues :-
1) I am unable to use the internet services properly, across all over areas.
2) This 4g gives the feeling of 2g services only.
3) I have already changed 3 times my Mobile Phone & right now using the high end phone by Samsung S21 Ultra, also SIM is also changed from your Airtel Store.
3) I always timely pay the total amount of my bill without any delay.
4) Your Service Team always assured me for a call back from the seniors but not received any call. In the last the Service Team also said to me that they can’t help me in this regard than why the Service Team is sitting there & attending the calls of the customers.
Concerns & Need Solution :-
1) Need the solution of the above mentioned issue immediately.
2) If solution is getting delay than my bill ahould be adjusted. If you are unable to give me the proper service than why I will pay you the entire amount timely.
Sir/Mam, if you since you are unable to give me the proper services than you also don’t have any right to charge the bill from the customer. I request you to kindly Kindly adjust my bill immediately & resolve my internet related issue otherwise I have to look for another Service Provider.
