Hi All,

I have issue with my billing with current One Airtel Family.

Q1. Without knowing Broadband feasibility activated the Plan and customer is not aware of the billing Cycle.???

Q2- After chasing Customer care /Broadband team… they responded after a week as no feasibility in my location. Why Airtel not informing from there side.??

Q3- SR nos raised and Airtel Closed without informing Customer. .why ?

Q4. Why customer has to bear the billing charges which are not fulfilled by AIRTEL..?

Q5. AIRTEL side having issue with internal communication and why Customer has to be charged..?

Raised this issue as i am not getting it resolve in in AIRTEL so hope this will help.
