I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my recent purchase. I ordered a pack of 4 shirts from your store, but instead of receiving the correct items, I have received only 2 low-quality T-shirts. The original order of 4 shirts has not been fulfilled as expected.This has caused considerable inconvenience, as the products do not meet the quality or quantity I paid for. I kindly request you to look into this matter and arrange for the delivery of the correct shirts or initiate a refund process at the earliest.Please acknowledge this complaint and let me know the steps you will take to resolve it.
