On 26th july, 2021 I am ordering m10i new phone with buyback mi a2. On 27th july, 2021 the delivery boy reject old phone due to dent & delivery boy go without giving new phone without asking about difference to pay. In evening Amazon customer care executive give me promise to no refund amount & again delivery same product. But on 28th July, 2021 refund giving. But Amazon customer care manager vijay promise giving gift card of 2250 rs. on ordering same product without return & replacement. Due to I am ordering my friend account I am asking about gift card can add my number account. Mr. Vijay told me yes. I am called 5-6 times still my order & all are told me yes. I am order again & completed return & replacement window. Now Amazon giving gift card on same account. Not giving 12 digit number for my account. I am wasting 6 hours for this.
