I have booked 5 tickets with Airasia Flight No. I5-757 from Bagdorga to Delhi on 12 Jan 2021 with PNR NSBMRB and (Paytm Booking ID- 12371393982). Now I have received information that Airasia has cancelled the said flight and full refund has been assured by the Airline itself. But why the Airline cancellation charges has been deducted by the Paytm. I should have got the full refund excluding convivence charge. Please clarify.
