Sir,
My amount of Rs 581 (UTR 117226795005) has been deducted from my account on 21.06.2021 while I was recharge my mobile through Airtel website but my mobile has not been recharge. I complaint to Airtel customer care on 22.06.2021 and it’s representative assured me that my deducted amount will be refunded within 10 working days but my amount has not been refunded till. I again called on Airtel customer care on 09.07.2021 and this time representative of Airtel customer care informed me that I should complaint on phone pay customer care. Now I lodged complaint on phone pay customer care but no action taken by Airtel & Phone pay customer care. I also complaint to my bank manager, IOB, Rohini Sector 8, Delhi. Therefore, it is requested to help me.
