i ,padishetty mounika logined into a loan app called cash me on 17/07/23 but without my concern or application they credited the amount of 2900 but the loan they approved it was for 5000 i complained to they are customer number but they said once they credited you have to repay iam a single parent (widow) without my husband i have to take care of child but even though because of their threatens and harassment i managed to pay them before one day ahead of repayment date ,and now exactly without my own knowledge due to application problem i dont know exactly same happened to me again again i contacted them one of the staff member who gave me warning before payment date with number 9980808486 said that he will cancel the loan if i paid what ever the amount credited so i credited them 3770 the loan was approved for 6500 which is so high interest and without my concern they credited and now i contacted him to update in the way but he is not responding and i contacted their customer service they are saying we dont know all that if u have loan in application u have to pay at any cost and threatning me and giving warning ,my child is crying iam helpless i requested them they cheated please ban the app cash me it is also not registered app ofRBI their customer care number 8296908930 i kindly request u to take a necessary action against them and please help me
