I have recharged my jio no on 26 July 2019 as it is going to expire on 26.i got a jio voucher in which I will get 2 gb/day add on data. I redeemed it on 26.so when my next recharge started on 27,the voucher which I reedemed says it expire with your previous plan. I called jio customers care, they are saying you have to redeemed voucher only after your next plan started. As usual when u recharge before due date, ur data renews on the completion of previous plan but jio saying voucher is invalid. This is totally cheating and fraud.
