I have ordered a gadget @Rs.399/- and the payment was made through lazy Pay vide transaction no.TXN343259265 . Since COD is not available, payment mode through lazypay is activated with single OTP & Laypay confirmed that money was transferred to Pasfar technologies private limited . Finally Item was not delivered, no response and not updating the status against my emails. Lazypay was informed about non-delivery of item. But Lazypay is insisting me to clear payment with penalty i.e Rs.399/- plus penalty. I was cheated by both Pasfar Tech & Lazypay. Plz do justice so that no customer will be suffered further in future. I think this is a consolidated scam from both Pasfar Tech and Lazy pay. Lazy Pay should also not put their payment on such fraud platform.
Request you to please take necessary action againt Pasfar Tech and Lazy Pay.
