Text of Complaint by Jinkala Harinath Reddy:

Sir Actually I ordered the 3products from Myntra on 13th may2022 and I got received the products on 15th may …then i checked the products size ..in that one is fits for me and remaining 2 products are unfit means they are too large that’s why i placed return the products on 16th May. And in that 1 product was accepted for refund and the other product was not refunded till now and on 17th day I contacted them and asking what’s the reason then they said quality test failed …then i was shocked how is it possible..because i returned two products in that one product is passed and why the second one was failed …and i also I asked them what’s this quality issue is..again they said that quality issue means that I have used the product…here without wearing the product how can I know the product is fits for me ….and atlast they said that the product was reshipped to me on 17th may but till now they haven’t reshipped to me and also i didn’t received any refund also …and there response was also too poor….they don’t even told me that when the product will shift to me …iam waited for 4 days and this is the 5th day and i am raising this because they didn’t shared any information related about the product to me ..
