I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a recent purchase made through the Instagram account @LajreeDesigner. The product I received is not as shown in the pictures — both the material and the design are completely different. I was very disappointed with the product’s quality and appearance. When I contacted your customer care team to return the item, I was informed that pickup from my delivery location was not possible. Moreover, the team refused to process a refund, which was quite unexpected. I also tried reaching out again on the contact number 8780307216, but did not receive a satisfactory response. I therefore request you to kindly process the refund amount at the earliest and arrange for the product to be returned.
