Text of Complaint by Debabrat Biswal:

I placed an order (order no – 5133181616) worth Rs 368 from Burger King due to this dissatisfaction. Despite the delivery boy being just 3 minutes away, my attempts to contact him via phone went unanswered. Interestingly, the Zomato app indicated that the delivery personnel had arrived at my location, yet no communication was attempted from their end. Strangely, after a brief period, the app displayed the order as delivered. Seeking resolution, I reached out to Zomato’s customer care and recounted my experience. Despite explaining my health concerns and requesting a re-delivery rather than a refund, the customer care representatives seemed uninterested in my narrative. Their response mainly centered around refunding my money. Despite my plea to retain the order and not refund the entire amount, the customer care team went ahead and refunded only Rs 170. This is a big fraud, which, Zomato is used to do. Kindly take a strong action against Zomato.
