I ordered 2 quantities of
AASHEEZ Women White Wedges via order no- OD125588688449489000 on 28 July 22..In the invoice on the box it was written 2 qty so I paid for both.when I opened the box I found only one box inside.i made complaint instantly to customer care, she assured that replacement will be done but in replacement also I received only product and raised compliant thrice but no genuine resolution I got.i am regular and very old customer of Flipkart. Now I am feeling harassed and feeling cheated with false communication through customer care team too pls help to resolve my issue at the earliest…
