I got a mail from IDFC bank regarding closure of my two loan accounts showing in my cibil report. But my cibil report shows three written off status of idfc bank and these 3 are Flipkart pay later loans . When i asked IDFC customer care they told me to ask Flipkart to close the pay later account to resolve the issue in cibil report.
It has been two weeks I requested for the closure of my paylater account and for Noc.There has been 3 loans active in my cibil report till now there is no required action taken from flipkart side .Right now my cibil is 540 .when i contacted IDFC they are telling me to ask Flipkart to sent a mail that I don’t have a due. Also Flipkart saying that I don’t have any due. .Also it takes too may attempts to reach Flipkart finance team.you They are wasting my time.I need an immediate resolution for this.I am still confused that Flipkart need so many days to give information to idfc if there no due also when i need contact your higher team i have to wait 48hrs! . If there is no due on my paylater account,Then i need a mail regarding that information that shows that i have no due.
Actually i paid all amount before the due dates i have proof also but these problem are making by Flipkart side.Due to this i can’t proceed with my education loan my future is stuck due to this
