Actually , on 3rd october i order a realme narzo 50i black 32 gb which price was 7499 including all taxes but i go for exchange another smartphone i.e, samsung galaxy which price is decided by flipkart around 3850 including pickup charge i.e, -₹100
So i have to pay via EMI option that is available on my flipkart pay later
But i cancelled my order on same date that is 3rd october , but still there is no any update in my flipkart pay later account and still 1st installment and 2nd installment is generated .so sir what should i do ? More than 25working days is already gone but still there is no any solution resolved by flipkart customer care
Plz fix my problem as soon as possible
