I was mentally harassed by Flipkart Ekart team regarding my order delivery. One of my order which is Arrow Grey Pant was supposed to be delivered yesterday 26th Dec 2022. However, to my surprise no one contacted me and product was marked as undelivered by sending 15-20 messages related to non contactable and at that time I was able to receive calls from Flipkart customer care team.
Today 27th Dec 2022 again I have received out for delivery message and I have contacted delivery team but today also it was marked as undelivered without giving a call back on my number.
So this is totally customer avoidance.
