Hello Team,
I placed an exchange order for a Peter England sweatshirt on July 11th, 2023. I have been sending emails and making phone calls to Flipkart customer service for over 25 days now regarding my order. The expected delivery date was August 3rd, but I still have not received the product. It has been almost 1 month and 2 days since I placed the order. I am disappointed with the level of service I have received, especially considering that I am a Flipkart Plus member.
This order has been rescheduled 4 times, which is quite frustrating. I believe that if you offer a product, you should also provide satisfactory customer service. I am not interested in a refund for the product amount; I simply want to receive the product I ordered. If I do not receive my product, I am left with no choice but to initiate legal action by filing a case in the consumer court against Flipkart and the seller so that reason I have requested to consumer court please solve this problem as soon as possible
I hope you take this matter seriously, as it has caused me significant mental distress.
