Text of Complaint by Shanu Kumar singh:

I have an flipkart account and which I purchase tiffin box on 18-07-2022. The payment will done from flipkart pay later account. When I opened the box the product was broken and that time I open the account and return the product. But product was not returned and flipkart blocked my account. We contact to customer care many times but they do not activate my account so we not pay the balance amount to flipkart. The flipkart pay later is a loan provided by the IDFC bank. Now the due date is over and flipkart not to activate my account till date. So that my credit history going on decreasing side and my cibil also affected.
