Text of Complaint by Aakansha Shinde:

I have booked the flight ticket from Mumbai to Toronto on 9th May 2021 through Flipkart Travel but due to the ban all India to aboard flights got cancelled by Airlines and I have paid the fare of Rs- 59031.

After so many follow up for refunds, They keep raising it to other departments and asking me for proof of cancellation by Airlines. I spoke with airlines too (Air India), They are not ready to provide me with an email as it was booked through a third party (Flipkart) But they are ready to provide all details with Flipkart if they request them to do. I have followed up with Air India and they have confirmed to refund the full amount as the ban was declared by Govt but Flipkart is not doing anything to initiate my refund. This is my hard earn money stuck with Flipkart. I have paid money to Flipkart, not to any airlines, how can they provide me with any email. I have been following up for 2 months but instead of giving my money back, they are delaying stating have raised with so and so department and the next day the same reason.

Airlines would do that, but Agent Flipkart Travel has unnecessarily held my money. Flipkart travel is a fraud and looted my money.

This is a huge amount for me stuck since 4 months. I am so mentally upset with Flipkart Travel and want strict action against this fraud they are doing.
