I have booked the flight ticket from Bagdogra to Jaipur on 22 May 2021 through Flipkart Travel but due to Some issue flights got cancelled by Airlines and I have paid the fare of Rs- 14128.
After so many follow up for refunds, They keep asking to wait for 120 days. I have waited patiently for 120 days and called them just after completion of 120 days. They given another time period of 48. Again completions of time period they have give another time period.I spoke with airlines too (Air India), They are not ready to provide me any solution as it was booked through a third party (Flipkart) Agent Flipkart Travel has unnecessarily held my money. Flipkart travel is a fraud and looted my money.
This is a huge amount for me stuck since 4 months. I am so mentally upset with Flipkart Travel and want strict action against this fraud they are doing.
