I am travelling through kalpana travels AC bus (bus no. 2002) from ahmedabad to Jaipur. Operator told me that bus took 12 hrs to complete the journey. Bus was departed on 20th April 2024 at 11pm and it’s 12PM on 21st April 2024 but bus reaches only beawer ( Rajasthan) it’s already 13hrs and it’s gonna more 4-5hrs for Jaipur. I am suffering with vomit, and weakness due to this but bus driver didn’t give any appropriate answer and also misbehaving when I am asking question regarding this. Pls take a look as it’s very mentally abusing for me. My berth no. S4 with the name of Komal.
