Dear Sir
I want to tell you I ordered a vivo V19 mobile on 18 september 2020. Mobile price 24,990 my old mobile exchange value 12,700 and 100 rupees mobile pickup charges. Accounting to order new mobile price 24,990 old mobile exchange value 12,700 and 100 rupees pickup charges (24990-12700=12,290+100=12,390/- Against of this payment 12390 the delivery boy gave me 16000 payment. work while my 3610 extra is gone please refund my amount i called customer care many time but didn’t respondwhile and not registered my complain and not given customer Grievance email ID.
Please registered my complaint against fraud delivery boy.
