I ordered a heel ans just after first wear, the heel from back came off, embarrassing me infront of so many people.
Then i ordered one jean too, size came big so I requested for an exchange but they are saying my tag does not match with their exchange request.
How can I even change the tags
I have the product as it was delivered to me, and why would i even change the tags when i have requested for an exchange.
This is so disturbing
