Kindly refer to the subject cited above, In this connectioin it is submitted that my sim card has been damaged due to unknown reasons, and i have applied for its duplicate connection in Baramulla Show Room located at Jadeed Road Near Carrippa park Baramulla, but they told me something i have never expected,.
1. Your Sim is in HLR series, we dont have any sim card of such type available here.
2. Submit Your new docs, we will activate it offline in working 4 days.
I have submitted my docs but till date nothing seems to work, They are give deaf ear to my complaint. I am already suffering from 12th of Feb, i cant get any OTP, any message,I am very much suffering, i have to submit some online forms and i have already registered my airtel no. there which i cant change.
