Text of Complaint by JENIL VALA:

I am writing to you today to request assistance in recovering the warranty of my Dizo Watch R AMOLED. I purchased the watch on January 15, 2023, from Flipkart. The watch comes with a one-year warranty, but I have been unable to reach Dizo customer care by phone or email. I have attached the invoice from Flipkart for your reference.

I have tried calling Dizo customer care on multiple occasions, but I have been unable to get through to a representative. I have also sent an email to Dizo customer care, but I have not received a reply. I am now at a loss as to how to get my watch repaired or replaced.
