Register Dhani App since August 2021 & done KYC & getting a Credit Card but without subscription i uninstalled the application without adding any Bank Account to this application. I got a SMS in my number 18 May 2022 & i saw a over due bill with my name & it was not done by me my account was hacked . There are so many transaction showing but those all transactions are not done by me. Even i also complained Dhani to look forward & check my account. I also submitted a General Dairy to Nearest Police Station. When i Complained to Dhani that time my over due showing around 2500 & told them to take action on that but after some days it was increases around 3400. Now Today 11 June 2022 Dhani force to me to pay the amount other wise they will take a legal action to me. Yesterday again i contact to Dhani help line by call & told them my problem & give my last complin token number but they don’t take any action on this only says i have done shopping & i have some dues in EMI ,
my point is i did not use my Dhani application or Credit card for make any payment in shopping bills or EMI bills . I already inform or complained them but they don’t take any action , its ok but they can stop to increase my due amount but they don’t do this they call me not to help me they only force me to clear due amount . I also told them i will clear my due amount but they have to told me those address where i use their card or application in their eyes or where the EMI payment goes but they don’t told me any single details , i am a graduate person i know a normal people have a right to know they paying for what ?? is this wrong to ask the details . They send me SMS like take legal action in simple word they threating me to pay the due . I have all conversation records . The helpline executive person they don’t share name also.

Oh please @Dhani The only thing you do is scam people and hijack their credit limits.
My subscription activated without consent automatically and I’ve been facing due issues from a year now. I m just pissed on this nbfc
