Requesting a return & refund of my payment
Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter serves as a formal request for return & a full refund on the product that I bought from Flipkart company, through Online Store.
I purchased a [packet of Greenfinity pista without shell 500gm], and paid a total amount of [1067].
It was observed that the product I received was the wrong product which was a 500 gram packet of Walnuts.. I had complained instantly to the customer support team but they’re not helpful and have raised many complaint about this issue but unfortunately there is no response on the same, so I am here to seek for your help.
I attached the receipt that I got with the product as proof it was purchased from your company.
I hope you will think about cooperating on this issue now.
