I have order 4 things from Amazon on 7 of August and expected delivery date was 14 aug . Now today’s 17 of aug daily they have updated status that item is out for delivery and it it not reaching by me..
2nd imp things I was continually calling to customer care executive and different people is saying different thing.. daily I will call and they said wait mam today they will reach to you then again tomorrow if I call they said the same statement they don’t even bothers about customer emotions..
3 . I have wait till 14 then my 2 items has been cancelled by seller it seems I don’t know how??? When the status was showing out for delivery then how they can say like that…
no customer care support can support to customers
it was gift that I have to give to my father but it’s really hurting that it doesn’t received on time and even not after 3 days also
