Text of Complaint by ARUN SHRESTHA:

I was busy with court proceedings and in between, I couldn’t pick up his calls, and to my surprise, I received back-to-back four messages from his number which showed his low-class mentality.
Even if someone is not picking up the calls, the delivery agents have no right to humiliate the customer.
I want his written apology as well as compensation for causing mental agony.
