I placed prepaid order for 9 product on date 06-october 2020 , today amazon delivery agent refused to deliver my product at my address .he asking me to come on road and take delivery which is away 3 km from my address i am very disappointed by amazons delivery policies .
But other side , flipkart delivers every order at my same address at my home without any arguments
I paid all delivery charges which is charged by amazon so why not my product be delivere at my address.
I want to register complaint against delivery agent and i hope u wil look into matter sort out my issue
