I am not able to delete my bank details in paytm its saying mandate exist active or pending state and for past few months i am receiving this same error and until now i havent got any rectification regarding this. and today when i called paytm customer care he said to put a mail to paytm and when i asked for the maild id he asked me to check in the app and put a message and when i checked the app i couldnt find maild id to put a complaint to customer care. And that the response i got from the customer care team
