I ordered Amazon Brand – Solimo Alpha Engineered Wood 4-Door Wardrobe (Espresso Finish) on 31st March 2023 (Order Number: 171-6422482-1662725). It was delivered on April 4th, 2023 which was damaged. Hence I have placed a return request on 6th April 2023, and was successfully returned to the seller on 29th April 2023.
As per the phone conversation and mail dated 21st April 2023, it was agreed to refund the goods and courier charges to me. The product return shipment weighs 146 kgs and was charged Rs. 11680 as courier charges . I have made a google pay with transaction ID 311641582858 to the courier service (Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd.) for booking the shipment. Before doing the same I have reconfirmed the courier charge refund from the Amazon customer care.
The product refund (Rs. 17899/- ) was credited back to the credit card account (payment transaction ID: 2pHS3L6W0VNXeEYpHhYn) but as per the conversion and mail the courier charge is not yet credited to my Amazon pay balance. I have attached a screenshot of the damaged product and the return shipment invoice for your reference. In addition, I have the call records and pdf of the mail conversion that happened between me and Amazon customer care. I have already called customer care several times requesting to initiate the refund process and every time it was assured to be done in 24 to 48 hours but nothing happened till date.
