I ordered 2 sarees on November 22nd 2023. On November 24th i received the sarees. One of the saree was damaged. As a single person I couldn’t take the unboxing video.. means I have only 2 Hands . Then how can i open the package and take the video at the same time. Bt still I them the images of courier cover and damaged product. Also send them the video of saree unfolding. Still they demand the unboxing video. Worst customer service.. it’s a gift for my mom.. how can I give her a damaged saree.. I want them to exchange or refund the product
