Dear Sirs,
I have paytm balance Rs.1931,44. I wanted to recharge of Rs.1000,00 on 8th May 2021, but the said amount has been debited directly from my bank account. On 12th May 2021, I wanted to purchase some fruits for Rs.122.32, also directly debited to my bank account. Kindly let me know the reason for not being debited from paytm account.
