Hello vodafone,
Your services are good. But, am sorry to say most of the time you debit my amount from my number. Everytime I called the customer care and retained my amount. That’s why nowadays I can’t use mobile data for this number.. After long time, yesterday only I use mobile data for this number. Again same issues happened. They debit the amount from my main balance and secondary balance too. I called the customer care they didn’t give satisfaction response..So am not happy with Vodafone. I need my amount back.. So kindly give your proper response as soon as possible.
