Greetings,
It is to inform about the complaint I have registered in consumer forum. The docket no. is 1171214.
It is regarding the deactivation of my Vodafone number 8817084459. Vodafone network has deactivated my no. without any prior information. When I visited the Vodafone store they replied me that the number is inactive, only option I am left with is to apply for a postpaid connection with same number. They took a payment of IR 375 from me. Even after 20 days my number was not activated so I again visited the store and now they replied I can’t get my number back.
That number is very important for me and I have raised this issue in consumer forum also and if I don’t get my number back I will go to some higher authority as well.
