I am pritum chand Gupta and I have airtel post paid connection With mobile no 7891814040
I had ported this number from idea as I thought that airtel services is better than other Telecom companies.
I also had a add on mobile number 9166788862 which belong to my wife.
Due to some personnel reasons I had raised a request of converting my add on number from postpaid to prepaid.
Almost 4 day has elapsed and my add on number still not showing any network connectivity. It showed that sim is not registered with network.
There is no any outgoing and incoming calls on my this number. I tried to recharge my this ported number with FRC but recharge can not be done even at your customer care centre situated at Tonk road jaipur pratap nagar. I had called so many times on customer care center and visited at above mentioned customer care centre but there was no any solution of my problem.
I want to continue Airtel services but now I am exhausted. Please solve my problem and start incoming and outgoing call on my add on number 9166788862.
