Text of Complaint by Sagar Chalake:

I have ordered mi power bank in flipkart pay later.my payment was successful in 29 march 2.40 pm from bank of india.

After that successfull payment flipcart customer exicutiex call me again and again the said we will legal complete against you.

Then I am sending mail to flipcart with all bank evidence.after 30 minute i have received msg from flipcart that your payment was successfull.

I have totally disappointed with that’s type of behavior .

So plz take strong action against flipcart.

  1. I have ordered Honor 9n mobile on August 2nd and received wrong product Infocus mobile.
    When we have raised request for replacement they took more than 5days to accept our request after continues calls and finally replacement has been accepted on 14th august 2019. Till today 21st august 2019 there is no pickup of received product or there is no delivery of replacement product.
    They have also cancelled my replacement without any notification. Again when we contacted them they have again raised a fresh request I am not sure when they are going to resolve the issue.
