The bankers have made many charges of Rs 885 saying as DDM charges from april to the start of may during this lockdown period although my financing bank have clearified that they are not taking any charges regarding check bouncing in lockdown period they why your bank had took this much of amount. I would like to remind you that earlier in december 5 2018 my EMI from hdfc was bounced but not a single charges was taken by your bank i have the records . Then why this? Please do not take this lockdown period for granted.
Kindly give my all deducted money back.
